Shipping
Our primary warehouse is located in Boise, Idaho, USA and this is where the majority of our orders ship from. Orders placed Monday - Friday before Noon Mountain Standard Time typically ship the same day with UPS ground. Within the contiguous United States shipping takes on average 3-5 business days depending on your proximity to Idaho. Your order will be updated with tracking details, as soon as the products ship. Please note, on occasion, depending on the size of your order your products could arrive in more than one shipment. In the event that we are out of stock on some of your items, we will contact you directly to confirm how you would like to proceed.
Oversized items such as the PVpallet, TranzVolt, and 3S Lift ship directly from the manufacturer to ensure the most economical shipping cost to you. We will personally contact you prior to shipping to discuss lead times and delivery service needs.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return with a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and the request must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that has been used or misused
To return your product, please reach out to customerservice@solartoolsusa.com to receive approval for the return and be provided instructions for shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the return is due to damaged or defective product, the shipping cost will be incurred by Solar Tools USA and will be added to your refund or refunded to you along with replacement product.
If the returned product is after the 30-day window, used or misused, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchasing party.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded at full retail price, sale items will be refunded at the purchased price as shown on proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@solartoolsusa.com. Once the exchange has been finalized, we will provide the best shipping address for you to send back the item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.
