Description
Necessary accessory for the Solar Panel Caddy if you are using it on solar panels with frames 32mm or thinner.
All pre-orders will qualify for free shipping.
It is no secret that solar panels are getting wider and the frames are becoming thinner. The original Solar Panel Caddy was designed for solar panels with a frame size between 34mm-41mm. We are starting to see however, that thickness decrease to 32mm or less.
To adapt our tool to these new thinner solar panels we have designed a new spacer that will attach to any Solar Panel Caddy to allow for a more secure grip on thinner panels. It is a simple, easy-to-use attachment that can be added and removed as needed.
A protoype of this accessory has already been field-tested and approved by installers around the world. Production of the actual spacer (as seen in photos) has already been proofed and is beginning manufacturing in our in-house facility. At this time, we are taking pre-orders for the spacer and expect to have them ready to begin sending out by the end of March. To thank you for your patience as we get these produced, all spacers pre-ordered will qualify for free shipping.
As the market changes, so will we, as our goal remains to develop and source tools functional for the current market standards.
