Tie Down Safety Ladder Stability Anchor

The Tie Down Safety Ladder Stability Anchor allows workers to secure a ladder against a structure, reducing the possibility of the bottom of the ladder kicking out or from sliding due to the transition between the two. This ladder stability anchor offers ease of use and requires no tools. Simply secure the Ladder Stability Anchor to a facia board or another horizontal structural member, attach the hook, loop to the anchor, wrap the straps around the rung of the ladder, and your ladder anchor is installed! This product prevents both horizontal and vertical movement.

OSHA regulation 1926.1053(b)(1), states, “…the ladder shall be secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect.” The Ladder Stability Anchor functions to clamp to a roof (without any penetration of the substrate) and then secure to the top rung of a ladder with two 48” Velcro straps, ensuring that the ladder will not fall or move.
